Check your inbox for a reset link.
Click the link to create a new password.

I am not receiving the reset mail. What should I do?
Wait 5 minutes for the mail to arrive.
Check your Spam or Junk folders.
Search your mail for help-and-support@purpleidentity.com.
Verify you entered the correct email address.
As a last resort, contact support@purpleidentity.com. Help Desk will ask you for additional details for verification.
2. Annual Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months.
Reminder emails are sent 30, 15, and 7 days before charging.
Where can I download my annual invoices?
Submit a formal request to our billing team.
Email support@purpleidentity.com with account details.
Invoices are emailed within 3 business days.
