I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  • Go to the Login Page.

  • Click "Forgot Password?".

  • Enter your registered email.

  • Check your inbox for a reset link.

  • Click the link to create a new password.

  • Verify you entered the correct email address.

  • As a last resort, contact support@purpleidentity.com. Help Desk will ask you for additional details for verification.


2. Annual Billing & Subscriptions


  • Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months.

  • Reminder emails are sent 30, 15, and 7 days before charging.


Where can I download my annual invoices?

  • Submit a formal request to our billing team.

  • Email support@purpleidentity.com with account details.

  • Invoices are emailed within 3 business days.
